Bernasconi & Bernasconi was established in 1990 and is located in Killwangen (Canton Aargau) and Zurich with a joint infrastructure and a well coordinated team.

Our law firm focuses on forensic and counseling practice in the field of commercial and business law. However, we do not understand this specialization as a limitation; the main objective of our activities is the understanding and solving of the client’s problem by making use of a creative combination of legal and practical skills. While the focus of our firm is on commercial and business law, we do not neglect the fact that a specific legal problem and issue must be seen within the larger picture of the client’s business interests.

Our field of activity covers representation and/or litigation when Swiss Law is applicable. Beyond that it is with both enthusiasm and competence that we move in the international legal and commercial arena.

Based on this, our field of activity experienced an extension to “Family Office” services.
